His mercy He promises,
"I shall protect
them Myself at the hour of death as My own glory."
(Diary, 378) Jesus
can’t emphasize enough the importance of getting
the word out. He told St. Faustina, “As
often as you want to make Me happy, speak to the world
about My great
and unfathomable mercy.” (Diary,
164)
"Tell
the whole world about My mercy and My love. The
flames of mercy are burning Me. I desire to pour
them on human souls. Oh, what pain they cause
Me when they do not want to accept them! ... do
whatever is within your power to spread devotion to
My mercy. I will make up for what you lack. Tell
aching mankind to snuggle close to My merciful Heart,
and I will fill it with peace. Tell [allpeople]
that I am Love and Mercy itself."
(Diary, 1074) "Souls
who spread the honor of My mercy I shield through their
entire life as a tender mother her infant, and at the
hour of death I will not be a judge for them, but the
Merciful Savior. At that last hour, a soul has
nothing with which to defend itself except My mercy.
Happy is the soul that during its lifetime immersed
itself in the Fountain of Mercy, because justice will
have no hold over it."
(Diary, 1075) "These
words are for you. Do all you possibly can for
this work of My mercy. I desire that My mercy
be worshiped, and I am giving mankind the last hope
of salvation; that is, recourse to My mercy. My
Heart rejoices in this feast."
